With reference to your letter of July 9th, 1930 I have to inform you that at a Special Parliament held yesterday the case of

Mr. Noel In stone Brewer was considered by the Masters of the Bench and

the following order was made:-

"This Bench having duly considered all the documents in the two files which have been submitted to them, and which, among other documents contain a record of the proceedings upon which the conviction took place, and having heard Mr.Noel Instone Brewer, are

unanimously of opinion that they cannot find any justification

for the conviction, and do not see their way to take any

disciplinary action."
